I wholeheartedly agree with the author of this article when he says people who don’t like tofu a) have never actually eaten good tofu, and b) have never considered tofu as a stand alone ingredient. As far as I’m concerned, any Americanized tofu dish is nasty. Stick with Asian. You can’t go wrong with Asian tofu dishes. Trust us; we’re experts.
